The Modern Apartment in the Baltica Heaven complex in Rogów is the perfect place for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea. Located just a three-minute walk from a wide, sandy beach and right next to the tranquil Lake Resko, the modern interior, private garden, access to a seasonal swimming pool, gym, and playground, as well as free, secure parking make it an excellent option for families with children and anyone seeking peace, comfort, and connection with nature. The apartment's interior is designed with four people in mind. You'll find a spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV, and kitchenette, a lockable bedroom with a large double bed, and a separate children's room with bunk beds. Each room offers privacy and a homely atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with a shower and a green garden, perfect for morning coffee, shared meals, or evening relaxation outdoors. Guests have full access to the entire apartment – the living room with kitchenette, both bedrooms, bathroom, and private garden. Within the gated, secure Baltica Heaven complex, guests can also enjoy a seasonal swimming pool, open from June 17th to August 31st, a gym, a children's playground, and monitored parking, which is available at no extra charge. Upon request, we can also provide a highchair or travel cot for children. I won't be on-site, but my team is always available and ready to help 24/7. We ensure that every stay runs smoothly and in a friendly atmosphere – you can count on us in every situation. Baltica Heaven is a gated, peaceful complex surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Situated between the Baltic Sea and Lake Resko, it offers access to beautiful nature and a wide, crowd-free beach. Rogowo is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still has access to all the essential amenities. It's a great place for walks, bike rides, or family picnics by the water. Access to the apartment is very convenient and hassle-free – a well-maintained, paved road leads here. Whether you're driving from afar or a nearby town, you'll find your way straight to the complex entrance. Everything is designed to make your vacation a memorable one. Included in the price of your stay are access to the outdoor swimming pool, which is seasonal – open from June 17th to August 31st. Use is free and available exclusively to Baltica Heaven residents. Additional amenities for children are also available upon request. A high chair is available for a one-time fee of PLN 50, and a travel cot can be rented for PLN 100 for the entire stay. Pets are welcome – an additional fee of PLN 150 applies for pets. A refundable security deposit is also collected at check-in. This serves as security for the duration of your stay and is returned at the end of the stay, assuming no damages have occurred.
