Rother's Mills are a unique point on the map of Bydgoszcz. Its history dates back to the first half of the 19th century. The complex of buildings is located in the very heart of the city, on Mill Island - once an industrial facility, now, after recent revitalization, serving as a Science and Culture Center with a rich offer of events. One of the attractions is also a free observation deck.
