Verde 1 is a cozy, fully equipped studio with a private bathroom and its own kitchen, located in a renovated tenement house at ul. Radna 3 - in the heart of the atmospheric Dolne Miasto. The room is located in a 5-room apartment, but has been fully separated - it has its own entrance, private bathroom and kitchen, which guarantees complete independence.
This is the largest room in the entire facility – it has 20 m² of functionally designed space. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, fast fiber optic Internet and large windows with natural light. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, sink, kettle, pots, dishes) allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, without having to use common areas.
The perfect solution for people who value privacy and independence – both during a short stay and a longer tourist, student or business trip.
Guests have exclusive access to their private studio – they do not share any spaces with anyone else.
We are available whenever needed – we will be happy to answer questions or help you organize your stay. At the same time, everything is organized so that you can enjoy freedom and privacy – just like at home.
Area:
Radna 3 is a quiet, green part of Gdańsk – Dolne Miasto – just a few minutes walk from Śródmieście. In the area you will find shops, cafes, parks, as well as beautiful walking trails and tourist attractions along the Motława River.
Communication and parking:
There are bus and tram stops nearby, and the Main Station is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Parking is possible in the area – partly in a paid zone.
For families with children (on request):
– Travel cot: PLN 100 per stay
– High chair: PLN 50 per stay
There is a hold on the deposit during the check-in process. The deposit is released after the stay.
Pets are allowed in the apartments at an additional cost.
