The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the Regulation, i.e. the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or taking action at your request before concluding a contract. Providing data is therefore voluntary, but without it we will not be able to make a reservation for you.
In addition, these data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the Regulation, i.e. the necessity of processing to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller – if this obligation results from the provisions of an act or an international agreement ratified with prior consent expressed in the act.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the Regulation, i.e. the legitimate interest pursued by the Website Administrator – in other cases.
