Inside, a bright, open-plan living room awaits, along with a modern kitchenette and an island with stools. It's the perfect place for shared breakfasts, evening conversations, or working at the computer. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday living—a hob, dishwasher, kettle, and dishes. The living room leads to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening.

Each of the three bedrooms is different – one has a double bed, the other a single bed, and the third is a spacious room for three people with a double and a single bed. There's also a modern bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning – everything you need for a longer stay and to feel at home.

The location is one of Dream 13's greatest advantages. You're right in the city center—just minutes away from the Old Market Square, the charming Mill Island, the Brda River boulevards, and the Opera Nova. There is a hold on the deposit during the check-in process. The deposit is released after the stay.
