It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the birdsong, and fully relax. The apartment was designed with comfort and functionality in mind. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, an additional single sofa bed, a TV, and a balcony overlooking the forest. The ground floor also includes a bathroom for guests' comfort. On the first floor, there's a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, and a second bathroom, significantly enhancing the comfort of your stay. The apartment's greatest asset is the large, spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, al fresco meals, or relaxing in the sun. The Baltica Heaven Rogowo complex offers guests numerous amenities, including a seasonal swimming pool, a children's paddling pool, a gym, a playground, and a beach volleyball court. A private path leads directly to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze in just minutes. The apartment's excellent location allows for quick access to attractions: – 1.5 km from the Hotel Zalewski Spa and Aquapark, perfect for rainy days; – a 5-minute walk to the beach; – 15 km to Kołobrzeg, offering a charming old town, fishing port, promenade, and numerous restaurants. An additional advantage is free parking, ensuring the convenience of guests traveling by car. It's worth noting that Lake Resko Przymorskie is located directly next to the apartment, and a nearby bike path leads to Mrzeżyno and Kołobrzeg, allowing for active leisure. This year-round apartment ensures harmony, peace, and complete comfort at any time of year. A swimming pool is available for our guests, perfect for summer days. The pool is open seasonally – from June 17th to August 31st – and is included in the reservation price, at no additional charge. We also welcome guests traveling with their four-legged friends – pets are welcome for a small fee. For our youngest guests, we can provide a travel cot and highchair – also for a small fee.
