Villa Sisu is a luxurious oasis of tranquility located in one of the most prestigious locations on the Costa Blanca – Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Surrounded by nature, with a large private garden, heated pool, solarium, and sauna – this modern villa provides the perfect setting for year-round relaxation. It's a place designed for families and those who enjoy a relaxed, leisurely lifestyle. The 180 m² house combines modern design with natural materials and a bright, warm interior. Here you'll find: three comfortable bedrooms (two with private bathrooms, one with a shared bathroom), a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the garden, an 800 m² private garden with lounge furniture, a solarium with sun loungers, a sauna, and a heated swimming pool (available for €40/day). The house is located in a quiet, green area of Las Colinas, just steps from the renowned golf course – the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Guests have access to the entire villa, including a private garden, swimming pool, solarium, and sauna. The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Pool heating can be activated (for a fee). We personally welcome guests on site and are available throughout their stay – we prioritize comfort and privacy, but are always nearby if you need assistance. Las Colinas is a peaceful, gated community surrounded by Mediterranean nature – 330 hectares of greenery, luxurious homes and apartments, 24-hour security, and complete privacy. Within walking distance are: a world-class 18-hole golf course, three restaurants and a minimarket, a fitness center, a spa, tennis courts, and paddle boarding (additional fee). There are 35 golf courses in the area, and the nearest beaches are about a 15-minute drive away. Alicante Airport – 70 km (approx. 50 minutes by car), Corvera Airport – 60 km. Nearby, you'll find the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping center and the Salinas de San Pedro Natural Park – all within a short drive. Heated pool available for an additional fee: €30/day. In accordance with Spanish law, registration is required for all guests over 14 years of age. Stays up to 10 days: tourist rental agreement. Stays longer than 10 days: seasonal rental, in accordance with Legislative Decree 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana (seasonal agreement required).
