The Ladrillo Apartment is located in Bydgoszcz's most prestigious building, Nordic Haven, at 4 Grottgera Street, right on the Brda River. Located on the 6th floor, it boasts a spectacular panoramic view of the city – through the glass windows you can admire the river, Opera Nova, University Bridge, Jagiellońska Street, and the rooftops of Bydgoszcz. Sunrises and sunsets seen from here are unforgettable.
The apartment was designed with attention to detail – modern design intertwines with natural wood and brick, creating a cozy, stylish interior. The space accommodates up to four people – guests have access to a living area with a large corner sofa bed and a bedroom, partially separated by a side passage, with a comfortable double bed. The living room features a TV with a soundbar, and the entire apartment is complemented by high-speed internet – perfect for remote work or entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful, large table allows for convenient meal preparation – it includes an oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, dishes, and everything else you need. The apartment also has a washing machine.
A huge advantage is its location. The apartment is just a short 5-minute walk from the Brda River boulevards, Mill Island, and the Opera Nova. A 7-minute walk will take you to the Old Market Square and bustling Gdańska Street. The area is full of restaurants, cafes, and places to stroll and explore.
Free parking is available for guests under the building (subject to availability). If there are no spaces available, paid street parking is available on weekdays. The excellent location makes everything within walking distance, and there are also tram and bus stops nearby. The main train station is approximately a 10-15-minute walk away.
We also welcome guests traveling with their pets – pets are welcome. The Ladrillo Apartment combines exceptional views, a central location, and comfortable interiors with a homely atmosphere – perfect for both a short stay and a longer city break.
There is a hold on the deposit during the check-in process. The deposit is released after the stay.
Pets are allowed in the apartments at an additional cost.
