Villa Sisu is a luxurious oasis of peace located in one of the most prestigious locations on the Costa Blanca – Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. The 180 m² house combines modern design with natural materials and a bright, warm interior. Here you will find:
3 comfortable bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms, 1 with a bathroom shared with the living room),
fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room,
spacious living room with dining room and direct access to the garden,
800 m² of private garden with lounge furniture,
solarium with loungers, sauna and heated swimming pool (paid option €40/day).
The house is located in a quiet, green part of Las Colinas, just a few steps from the famous golf course - the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
Guests have access to the entire villa, including a private garden, swimming pool, solarium and sauna. The house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Possibility to activate pool heating (for a fee).
We welcome guests personally on site and are available throughout their stay – we care about your comfort and privacy, but we are always nearby when you need help.
Las Colinas is a peaceful, gated community surrounded by Mediterranean nature - 330 hectares of greenery, luxury homes and apartments, 24-hour security and complete privacy. Within walking distance is:

There are 35 golf courses in the area, and the nearest beaches are about a 15-minute drive away.
Alicante Airport – 70 km (approx. 50 minutes by car), Corvera Airport – 60 km. Nearby you will find the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and the Salinas de San Pedro Natural Park – all within a few minutes' drive.

In accordance with Spanish law, registration is required for all guests over 14 years of age.
Stays up to 10 days: tourist rental agreement.
Stays longer than 10 days: seasonal rentals, in accordance with Legislative Decree 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana (seasonal contract required).
There is a hold on the deposit during the check-in process. The deposit is released after the stay.
Pets are allowed in the apartments at an additional cost.
